Ihsan Solusi Informatika (ISI) is a technology development company founded in 2001, specializing in IT solutions for the banking and financial industry across fintech, payments, capital markets, government, pension funds, and cooperatives. With 80+ employees and 150+ in affiliated companies, ISI had outgrown its original single-page website.
The site no longer reflected how ISI actually worked or the depth of their client relationships. A revamp was needed.
Approach
Research & Benchmarking
Conducted in-depth research on user interactions and website responsiveness. Benchmarked competitor websites to understand how information and messaging could be packaged more effectively.
Sitemap & Information Architecture
Mapped the entire website structure before designing a single screen. Moved from single-page to multi-page architecture to accommodate the volume of content and improve navigation clarity.
Design System
Developed a comprehensive Design System including interactive components — ensuring frontend developers could understand component behavior directly from the prototype, not just static screens.

The Challenge
Research identified four key issues: Users had difficulty navigating the existing website, content was unclear and hard to understand, design components were inconsistent across pages, and repetitive sections reduced the effectiveness of information delivery.
